  • Primary Goals: You may choose one or multiple primary goals from the proposed options that align with your objectives for utilizing AI. 
  • Subscription Preferences: You have the option to indicate whether you would like to receive information about Integrail solutions via email. You can unsubscribe at any time.  
  • Terms of Use Agreement: By registering, you agree to have your personal information managed in accordance with Integrail's Privacy Notice.  

Usage Data  

When you visit, use, or interact with the Services, we receive the following information about your visit, use, or interactions ("Usage Data").   

Usage Data may include, but is not limited to:

Third-Party Service Providers

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service used to track and report website traffic, enabling us to monitor the usage of our Platform, Services, and Tools. This includes aggregated benchmark statistics for trend analysis, use cases selected during registration, tokens consumption analytics, model and nodes utilization statistics, benchmarking actions with timestamps, adjustments to main settings, model selection frequency, analysis of model combinations, and error notifications (e.g., login/sign-in errors, runtime errors). The data collected is also shared with other Google services and may be used to personalize ads within Google's advertising network. If you prefer not to have your activity on the Service tracked by Google Analytics, you can opt-out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information about your visit activity. Purpose of Data Collection    

We collect Usage Data to

Third-Party AI Providers

Such as OpenAI, Mistral, Google, and more that we use to help support our AI-powered assistant. We require these providers to use your information only for the purpose of facilitating our AI-powered tool, and we do not allow these providers to train their AI models using your personal information.  

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services    

You can choose to authenticate using single sign-on (SSO) through your social media accounts, streamlining the registration and login process.  

  • Google: If you decide to register through or otherwise share information with us from a Third-Party Social Media Service, we may collect personal data that is already associated with your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as your name, email address, activities, and contact list. We don’t “sell” Personal Information or “share” Personal Information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under applicable local law). We also don’t process sensitive Personal Information for the purposes of inferring characteristics about a consumer.   

You can exercise some of these rights through your Integrail account. If you are unable to exercise your rights through your account, please submit your request through support@integrail.ai.   

Retention of Your Personal Data 

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.   

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

In order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require you to verify your credentials before you can submit a request to know, correct, or delete Personal Information. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information and proof of residency for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request.

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. Integrail does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. We will investigate any notification and if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems. If you are 13 or older, but under 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use our Services.

We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
