Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and technically adept Sales Engineer to support the sales process and help demonstrate the value of Integrail Studio to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and automation solutions, and will work alongside the sales team to showcase how Integrail’s platform can automate, optimize, and improve workflows. You’ll play a crucial role in building trust with prospective customers, offering both technical expertise and business insights to help clients realize the full potential of our platform. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how Integrail Studio can automate complex workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and deliver tangible business value. 

- Customer Consultations: Work closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and assist in designing custom multi-agent applications using Integrail Studio. 

- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to closing. 

- Proof of Concept Development: Help prospective clients build proofs of concept, demonstrating how Integrail Studio can solve their specific business challenges. 

- Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support during customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation of Integrail Studio within their existing workflows. 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar technical role, preferably within the AI or software industry. 

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, business process automation, and workflow optimization. 

- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

- Hands-on experience with enterprise software, API integrations, and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business systems. 

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Experience with multi-agent AI systems or no-code AI platforms. 

- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise-level account management. 

- Knowledge of enterprise AI applications, including workflow automation and AI-powered integrations.
