We're looking for an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our platform, ensuring our users can seamlessly design, build, and deploy AI solutions.
Position Overview:
As a Lead UX Designer at Integrail, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth user research, crafting intuitive designs, and ensuring that our platform is as user-friendly as possible. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
- Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Develop personas, user journeys, and empathy maps to better understand user needs.
Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide user interactions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces across platforms.
Testing and Validation:
- Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate designs.
- Gather feedback and iterate on design solutions to improve the overall user experience.
- Validate design decisions using data and user feedback to ensure effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve the design process.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a proven track record.
- A portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects and solutions.
Skills:
- Expertise in user research, analysis, and synthesizing insights.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping software.
- Experience in developing and implementing design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of usability testing and validation methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle complex design challenges.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Knowledge of design systems, service design, and how to scale them across products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.
- Certification in UX design or a related field.
