Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Integrail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and a proven track record in scaling startups. The CEO will be responsible for driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, which focuses on building a large community of end-users and educating them on our no-code Agentic AI platform and related AI topics supported by aggressive digital and social marketing and efficient high velocity B2B sales and channel approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the GTM strategy with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) and freemium models to build a large community of end-users, supported by digital marketing and high velocity B2B sales and channel sales.
- Community Building: Foster and grow a vibrant community of developers, influencers, AI enthusiasts and channel partners who use and advocate for AI Studio.
- Educational Initiatives: Create and oversee the development of free online AI educational courses, and establish partnerships with other online educational platforms.
- Affiliate Program: Develop and manage an affiliate program for AI consultants and educators to promote AI Studio and educational resources.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of AI and AI ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in scaling startups and driving product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Experience in community building and educational initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating and managing online educational content.
- Background in developing and managing channel and affiliate programs.
